Darrell Lindsey

Darrell Lindsey graduated from Tift County High School, Tifton, GA in 1970, he went on to attend Southern Polytechnic Institute in Marietta, GA. where he graduated in 1975 with a BEET degree.
Mr. Lindsey was employed by Healthdyne in 1974 and started as an electronic technician,  later as production Test Supervisor,  and test engineering manager. During his tenure at Healthdyne, he co-developed the company's first home Infant Monitor in the late 70's which propelled the company into the national spotlight.
Mr. Lindsey left in 1984 and became the Development Engineering Manager for Ernest Telecom in Norcross, GA. .
In 1986 he managed the development of a Smart Pay Telephone and back-end management software.
In 1989 he took the position of Director of Product Integrity for AT&T Tridom in Marietta, GA.
In 1990 he took the position of Engineering Program Manager of Perinatal Products for Healthdyne Technologies, Marietta, GA.
In 1992 he was responsible for the development of the OB1, a home vital signs monitor for the Obstetrics market of which he is named as a co-inventor on the patent. In 1996 he took the position of Engineering Services Manager.
In 1998 Mr. Lindsey founded Micropath, Inc., of Marietta, GA

Mr. Lindsey has over 20 years experience in Medical Device Design, Development and Manufacturing, 5 years design development in the  telecommunications field. In the past 10 years he has overseen the steady growth of Micropath to where it is today .
Mr. Lindsey is married to Ruth Ann Lindsey and lives in Kennesaw, GA. Ruth Ann is an officer of the company (Secretary / Treasurer).
